How to order

Shopping in our e-shop is simple. Just follow the steps below and your goods will be on their way to you.

Registration and login

If you would like to shop in our online store, we recommend creating a customer account. The registration process is straightforward — it protects your personal data and makes communication with us easier.

Already have an account? Log in and go straight to shopping. First time here? Register for free — it takes a minute.

Shopping

Simply search for products using the search bar or browse by category. You can use filters by material, length, colour and thickness. Add selected items to your virtual shopping cart — the cart icon is available in the top right corner of the page.

Order confirmation

Once you open your cart, you confirm your order through a few simple steps. At this stage you choose your preferred payment and delivery method. You can also enter a different billing address and delivery address.

After confirming your order you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order status by logging into your customer account.

Delivery

Items that are in stock are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation or receipt of payment.

Items that are out of stock are usually delivered within 7 days, though this may vary depending on the specific product. In such cases we recommend checking availability in advance.

Returns and complaints

The warranty period is 24 months. If you are not satisfied with your order or a defect has occurred, please contact us without delay. We will resolve your complaint within the statutory period of 30 days.
