Terms and Conditions for b2b-laces.com — laces, straps and textile accessories.

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the rights and obligations between the buyer and KMIŤ s.r.o. (hereinafter "seller") in relation to the sale of goods via the e-shop www.b2b-laces.com.

1. General provisions

These T&C apply to commercial relationships concluded at a distance via the online store www.b2b-laces.com. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
By submitting an order the buyer confirms that they have read these T&C and agree to them.

2. Order and conclusion of purchase contract

  1. Orders may be placed via the e-shop, by email or exceptionally by telephone.
  2. The seller will confirm receipt of the order by email; binding confirmation may be the dispatch notification.
  3. The order must include identification and delivery details, payment method and delivery method.

3. Order cancellation

The buyer may cancel an order without giving a reason up to the moment the seller confirms the order.
After binding confirmation, cancellation is only possible under statutory conditions or by mutual agreement.

4. Withdrawal from contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period for distance contracts.
  1. Goods may be unpacked and tested in a reasonable manner.
  2. The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer (unless otherwise agreed).
  3. The seller will refund payment within the statutory period after receiving the goods or proof of dispatch.

5. Prices and payment conditions

All prices are in EUR including VAT and are current. The seller does not charge packaging fees.

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

6. Delivery conditions

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation or receipt of payment. Goods that are out of stock are dispatched within 4 weeks (or as agreed).
The buyer is required to inspect the shipment upon receipt and in the event of damage to file a damage report with the carrier.

8. Warranty and complaints

The standard warranty period is 24 months (unless otherwise stipulated by law).
  1. Submit your complaint without undue delay to: sales@b2b-laces.com.
  2. Return goods for complaint adequately packaged and with proof of purchase.
  3. Complaints are resolved within the statutory period (up to 30 days).

9. ADR – Alternative dispute resolution

The consumer has the right to approach the seller with a request for remedy. If the seller responds negatively or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal to the relevant ADR body, e.g.:

The seller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. for the purposes of processing orders, delivering goods, invoicing and communicating with customers. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

The seller is entitled to amend and supplement these T&C; the new version takes effect on the date of publication on the website. These T&C are binding for all orders placed after their effective date.
