ESD Antistatic strap hydrophobic Dark – 10 mm

Description

ESD antistatic edging tape in dark grey, width 10 mm is designed for professional use in the manufacture and finishing of ESD workwear, protective equipment and technical textiles. Thanks to its antistatic fibres, it helps dissipate electrostatic charge and protects sensitive electronic components, devices and workplaces from damage caused by electrostatic discharge.

Technical parameters

Width 10 mm, composition 65% PES / 35% PES antistatic, hydrophobic treatment (increased moisture resistance). Dark variant: 30 cm / 1.2 MOhm, 20 cm / 0.8 MOhm, 10 cm / 0.45 MOhm. Supplied as standard in 500 m rolls (version without hydrophobic treatment available on request).

Why choose hydrophobic ESD edging tape?

In ESD environments, edging tape must reliably dissipate static charge while also handling moisture. The hydrophobic treatment increases moisture resistance and improves the functional properties of the tape in use. The dark variant with lower resistance (from 0.45 MOhm per 10 cm) is suitable where more pronounced charge dissipation is required in the manufacture of workwear and protective equipment.
