Technical specifications

Rectangular (flat) cross-section, length 120 cm, cellulose tip finish, material: 100% polyester (PES). A length of 120 cm is suited to footwear with 6–7 pairs of eyelets – typically higher sneakers, training and light outdoor footwear.

When to choose 120 cm instead of 100 cm?

A difference of 20 cm may not sound like much, but in practice it means the transition from footwear with 5–6 pairs of eyelets to 6–7 pairs. If you have higher sneakers, mid-top trainers or light hiking footwear, a 100 cm shoelaces will often not reach the last pair of eyelets or leave enough material for a bow. 120 cm provides a suitably long end for a firm and neat knot. For tall boots and work shoes with 8 or more pairs of eyelets, even 120 cm is not enough – go for 140 cm or more.
